• reception/reception activities
• access control with issue of passes
• safekeeping and key management;
• switchboard management with sorting of incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
• custody and sorting of documentation.

• surveillance of buildings/areas and their service infrastructure;
• surveillance of switchboards and electronic equipment with notification of faults in the systems and equipment present;
• regulation of the flow of cars authorised to access internal car parks;
• first intervention in the event of natural disasters or accidental events;
• parking service activities with ticket and season ticket payment management. In the latter case, the personnel employed will see to the application of the rates and regulations in force in the parking areas.

Also with regard to doorman and reception activities, our company in Milan provides a doorman service, which is performed at the entrance of a point of sale - usually a luxury one - with the aim of ensuring the best possible welcome and permanence of customers inside the shop, as well as to avoid unwelcome entrances.

This service is provided by an operator with good presence and good courtesy, with good knowledge of the main foreign languages.

The doorman service may also include the following activities

guarding the entrance and exit to the shop;

• managing the correct inflow and outflow of customers;
• carrying out the correct opening and closing of entrances, including checking the status of emergency exits;
• managing keys;
• checking the correct positioning of safety equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers);
• manage alarm signals from technological control systems, excluding signals from anti-intrusion and video-surveillance systems;
• managing (and if necessary removing) persons disturbing customers;
• carrying out support activities requested by the shop manager.
