In summary, the figure of the beach steward is therefore in charge of

• control the perfect respect of antivirus measures, monitoring the concession, answering customers' questions and distributing information material, indicating basic prevention measures such as washing hands often and avoiding gatherings;
• remembering to order food and beverages possibly by e-mail and/or message without going to the bar or restaurant;
• do not let people stand near showers or toilets and enforce social distancing;
• make people wear personal protective equipment (where provided), also remembering the times when it is best to shelter from the sun.
